This isn’t about not being in pain or restoring your shoulder to how it used to be. This program will take your shoulder to a completely new level of mobility and strength.
The Beginner Shoulder Mobility Program is 12 weeks with follow-along classes that have everything you need to improve the way your shoulder functions.
Phase 1
The first phase is focused on optimizing breathing, improving ribcage & spine mobility, and increasing shoulder rotation. This is the perfect way to systematically improve how well you move.
These classes focus primarily on less range of motion allowing you to build a proper foundation.
Phase 2
Our second phase progresses on the original concepts with an emphasis on building core strength to support shoulder health. This is also where we learn how to reach creating a super team of the oblique and serratus anterior muscles.
Scapular control is also a huge focus here as we have secured a better resting position on top of the rib cage that learned how to expand in the first phase.
Phase 3
Our final phase is all about specific strength to top off the gains made in the first two phases. We are further progressing our core work with an emphasis on the Tranverse Abdominus.
We are also building strength in our end ranges challenging the joint capsule to level up our internal and external rotation. Lastly, we are integrating alternating motion that mimic the gait cycle allowing us to lock in the changes made at the ribcage.

Within the assessment series you will have multiple outcomes being measured both dynamically and isometrically. All you need is your smartphone to complete the assessment. Our goal is not just I feel better but objective evidence of improvement.
